How to leave a walled claimed area?

So our villager that was holding the claim went dick and exiled everyone from the claim. Now I have situation that my hearthfire inside the claim and the claim area is walled off. So I can't leave it. I have the keys from the door, but you need Trespassing to open the door.

Your hearthfire ownership should over-ride the claim. If it doesn't that's definitely a bug.

Well, I don't have 21 str anyway. But I doesn't let me with the message: "With land is owned by...", not that i'm not strong enough.

Sorry mate :/ That whole hearthfire issue needs clearing up. There used to be reasons to prevent people destroying their own hearthfire at low character status, but I don't feel those are valid anymore.

Maybe a rightclick option on the hearth fire to destroy it and randomly teleport you somewhere in the world? Being forced to drop everything in your inventory/equipment screens would be fine if people worry it's abusable.

I can't get my hats out of hearthfire because of the claim!

He didn't die? His village leader booted him from the claim and he's lacking the skills to use trespassing on the doors. At least read the original post.
