Yeah sweet. Except you never ever been able to see it on somebody because its damn isometric game with very high camera distance and this is a small cosmetic belt. I mean just wtf give him +1 agi or something.

I see it on myself Only person I'm overly aware of what equipment is wearing due to playing so far zoomed out.
