Dealing with tusk romp

the defense that boars use that hits you for somewhere around 44/9 if you attack them...

I have no idea how to deal with it apart from just spamming defenses and waiting, it sucks so hard, surely I'm missing something

I don't see anything else but waiting for that defense to wear off ... I think I maye have done something first in this game. Getting KO by Tusk Romp hehe .. poor me.

It shows Green/Red as its defenses, shouldn't both yellow and blue shots go right through it?

I think they should, but I think you still get slapped, It's a pain in the arse to test, very literally, so I'm not exactly rushing out to try.

Both sweeping and backhanded attacks go right through tusk romping.
