Calf guts and vinegar used to be required. Surely you don't have those yet :P

It was any intestines. Calf intestines was for goldbeaters skins.

grapes > wine > vinegar > rennet

discover rennet + milk to make curd tub

grapes take a long time for their first harvest but then they regrow on the same trellis forever
