Village influence dropping rapidly?

Hey guys, how do I increase a village's influence to reach the limit?

And also is there a reason for it dropping rapidly ? (200 a tick?) we don't have a chieftain yet, may that be the reason?

Have your villagers increase the lp they're earning, their charisma, or both. You get authority equal to your villager's lp gains multiplied by their charisma modifier. 10 Charisma is a 1x modifier, 40 is a 2x modifier, 90 is a 3x modifier, 160 is a 4x modifier, etc..
