How to mine 2lvl?

someone already mined 2lvl mine?
im interested what str and quality of tool u have to do it?

when I try to mine a wall I got a message:
"You do not even manage to scratch that rock."
and I have 82 white str (105str at Bear Cape + Talisman) and 13 pickaxe

As always, better tool or more str. If you can get a better stone axe than q13, you may have more success than with a q13 pick.
