Tips on killing bears in hand-to-hand?

Postby Hervarth » Wed Sep 16, 2015 10:36 pm

I can make it flee more or less ok, but its so damn fast... even a horse doesnt help much as I have to hit it so many times (from the side, because of the horse hitbox), and the horse doesnt last long enough at speed 3. Anyone got any ideas? :(

damage it a bit, and use melee combat to finish it off without it running (just like in the old hnh)
I had a retardedly huge signature and have gotten this embarrassing replacement to show for it.

I guess I have to follow kaizo's suggestion and just use ua attacks until its really low... will have to work out a new deck for this :(

I haven't delved into the combat too much, don't really know what kind of UA moves are available, but I believe there is still Knock his teeth out. Choose a move that does the most damage to finish it off. Use some cut throat knuckles etc, to increase your dmg potential and up your strength.

Alternatively, have your buddy block it in while you're fighting it ^^
