Server down and bloom?

This is... not sure if it's a bug or horrendous luck or what. I left my cast iron bars in the finery forge overnight. Wake up, server crashes, relog and start the finery forge. When the forge finished burning, I got 1/9 bloom, and 8/9 as slag. I have all the skills except for Deep Artificer. Do the various skills influence the cast > bloom rate? Is it possible the server down stripped any benefits I had "applied" by loading them? Or did I just get really horrendous luck. Since the skill fix I've been getting 5-8 bloom per finery forge pretty reliably. Before the fix I was getting 3-5.

Anyone else with similar experiences?

For sure it could be, hence why I tossed it in help not bugs. Going off the old 50% chance, it's a 0.4% chance of happening. Not impossible, just improbable. If it is a bug other people would have had it happen too. If not it's just my shit RNG lol.
