What will be if?

I have a modest two questions:

1. What happens if the server will crash and my character will just swam across the river?
2. What happens if the server will crash and my character will just fight (a. With animal / b. With human)?

I'm pretty sure everything stops when the server crashes, it doesn't just kick you off and play by itself.
you might even get alittle bit of a roll back, where you end up back somewhere before the crash point.

If you were swiming you migth be in trouble ;p
If you were in the middle of a fight nothing bad would happens, it's like you got logged out.

Now the server is crashed, so everything stops? I mean like smelting ore or grew up crops? i have to put some more fuel, and dont wanna lose fire:P

In case of swimming it's not desirable, because you'll be logged back in in the middle of a lake of example but since drowning now only gives asphyxiation damage it's not instant death anymore.

As for fighting , it just stops: an animal will simply despawn and a human will be logged out just like you (since it's doubtful you'll log back at the same second the fight is over with a draw being the result) - in fact in earlier words there have been reported cases when during faction on faction wars the loosing side would crash the server on purpose to save their fighters/bases.
