So a question if you lads can give your input. Does the lore happen per account or per character? I have 2 characters on my account, one of them that I play most often and another one just to do some chores, on one character I have 3.5k exp, on the other one 50.. Is it really per account or have I just been unlucky with my other character?

You can only fulfill one lore(experience) at a time (or at least a limited set of lores), on a character you play normally with your actions would usually be varied enough to unlock one experience after another.

A character doing only certain chores usually doesn't get enough action variety - so it's simply a slimmer chance doing the right chores.
Hence - unlucky, I'd say.
