Account not being topped up with hours?

Hi guys. Do I need to do something in order to get these refill hours? I've been playing for three weeks, had to verify so I didn't run out, and I'm still not getting any additional hours each week...

I play pretty regularly. Despite being signed up since the 31st of August, I've still only got 72 hours total, counting what I have left. Is this an isolated case or is this supposed to happen?

Your hours are only refilled, so if you have more than 14 hours left, you don't get anything on monday.
Apparently you also need to log in once to see the updated play time.

But do you get your refill even if you still hasn't consumed your extra 24h from the verifying? Because that means I'll be losing 14 hours on monday, plain and simple.

You don't get any if you don't use them, so how can you be losing something you aren't supposed to get? A refill is just that. You don't accumulate.
