Ant hills loot

Hi,

Is the loot of ant hills different if you attack and kill outside ants or if you simply kite them?

Since I kill them it looks like I'm not getting ant empresses, only ant queens.

Loot is random, i have gotten both queen and empress after killing outside ants before raiding.

my best haul was 2 empress and 3 queens from 1 hill
