Crafting Tea

I read on the Wiki that in old Hafen you were able to craft tea.

Is this still possible in the new World?

I Got a Cauldron, Tea Leaves and Plant Lore Skill, but it doesn't give me a recipe to craft it.

Have you dried the tea leaves on herbalist table yet?
