1- is the any Use for experience other then Study ? i got 12k extra :(!

2- what does smoking or drinking tea do ?

1) None. Start studying Mirkwood Offerings. They have a high experience cost and a ridiculously high learning points/time gain.
2) Smoking makes your pipe look cool. Tea is like water but consumes half as much energy to restore just as much stamina. Excellent for miners and builders who need to reduce energy usage. Also great if you don't have access to high quality water yet.

Both tea and pipeweed should/will do more than they presently do at some point, but for now they are somewhat underdeveloped.
