I have strings and Hearth Magic lerned but still cant build. What else need to discover?

Perhaps you are looking in the wrong menu?

On other character i have it unlocked and it is in "build" menu. But not on this one. And i search for it in other places.

are you sure you've discovered string? just tested it on a fresh character, you only need bough, string and hearth magic.

all i can figure is you didn't forage the strings yourself but got them from a chest or something. you can craft a fishing pole? otherwise i guess you're bugged.

You have right, I have them from someone chest. But now i don't want go search them because i worry that i don't find my place again. There is any way to teleport other character close to this one? Lot of thing get changed in new client...

i don't believe there is. make a screenshot of where you are so you can recognise the area again, and go roam the forests north east or south west a little bit, you find taproot pretty fast at like 3 exploration and you only need to find one.
