Time not refilled..

Supposed to have been refilled this week, but I am still at 00:01:12 on my account.

Help?

P.S.

UTC is 5 hours ahead of my time, so probably supposed to be refilled around 5 am CT.

The refill doesn't actually occur until you log into the game and choose a character.
