How to build palisade

What should I need to learn to have the ability to build palisade?

Yeomanry opens palisade construction. For that you need Farming and Will to Power.

For the palisade, you need bone glue, leather, rope, and wood blocks.

very strange, i have yeomanry, a claim laid, i have made bone glue, i have rope(taproot and nettle) and leather yet its still not in the list to be made... any ideas?

i have not built a single fence type prior if that matters. was waiting for palisade.

You need blocks rope boneglue and leather discovered. Also skill names yeomanry. If you cant build palisade you simply dont have them all discovered/Bought. No other reasons. check again

Taproot and nettle are strings not ropes, you probably need sewing + rope making, and to discover ropes. Also a rope walk.

Rope means actual rope, made out of 10 fibres (taproot and nettle count as these) at a rope walk. You need 5 ropes to build initial cornerpost, it's 50 fibres.
It requires leather out of a tanning tub, and bone glue. But i think your problem's the rope. If not, then i don't know what else it might be.

To Make rope you need a Rope Walk, which can be built after you have learned the 1000 LP skill Rope Twinning. You need 20 strings to make one, and 10 strings to get a rope, so you need 70 strings invested before you can build a palisade. Once you spend the leather, glue, and rope you need nothing but blocks and more blocks to make the palisade, as long as you leave at least one cornerpost unsealed. Sealing cornerpost is permanent so make sure you really want to do it (and do make sure the cornerposts on non claimed property are guarded so someone doesn't come and grief you).

iv been struggling with this same issue i asked(not in forums) noone could tell me why i not able to build palisade lol thank god for this article and this qoute lol thou palisade still not show up dispite having all materals (i traded and got them) hopeing making my own rope will have it pop up T-T
