Bow quality

Any ideas what which stat means?
Essence: ?
Substance: ?
Vitality: ?
I've heard Substance is for damage of the bow. Two other stats must be speed of aiming and maybe a chance of the successful shot?

i have 20/20/24 quality bow and i see just good aiming but not so big added damage(with arrow 20-24 quality making 225+ damage) ,before i was shooting with 14/14/16 bow....
