Can't acess claim despite having bonds[LOCK PLEASE]

So I died, inherited my soul but now it's not letting me have acess to my claim. I have both bonds in my study. But it's still not working

I'll think it's because i have one of the bonds of your claim in my study.

what. even if thats true, the old bond should be broken with the new bond

I would strongly suspect that you have done something wrong. Why is the thread marked "lock please"?
