Transfer claimed land

Postby ntrophimov » Mon Sep 28, 2015 12:14 am

Sup guys.

Friend of mine just died because of a cave-in and he started a new character. At this moment we have a claimed land created by his previous character. Can we somehow transfer the ability to modify claim's settings for another character or should we build a new home from scratch?

Thanks in advance.

If he inherits from his dead character at character creation he should own the land claim already. Otherwise you need to get the bond of blood and soil and study it for 96 hours straight in order to gain ownership of the claim. Your third option is to destroy the claim via a ram or by waiting for 2 months for it to run out of authority naturally.

Is inheritance system available in Hafen? If so, how can we inherit from dead characters?

It is available, yes. When creating a character simply go to the graveyard and select the gravestone that you wish to inherit from. You don't get stats or lp but you do get to keep your land. =)
