I cant find anything on the wiki as to how to get a ox and attach him to the cart, what do I need and how is it done, anyone know?

Only works on a wagons, not carts. Have the bull next to your wagon, right click the wagon and ride it, right click the wagon and latch the bull to the wagon. You need a rope in your inventory.
