I've compiled some questions here:

1) What is the initial size of the village claim?

2) How is charisma used in the game?

3) Can someone make a list of all housing available in the game and their size?

Cha is... not... really used. It has an effect on authority gain from LP earned while in a village but it's very rare anyone runs into that as a problem. LP>auth is overall pretty generous so even a hermit can easily maintain a village.

There's only 4 houses. 5x5 log cabin, 7x7 timber house, 7x9 stonestead(has 2nd story) and 10x11 mansion (has 2nd story). That's the footprint without using ctrl to desync them from the grid.
