How do i heal using leeches?

I have a Blunt Trauma and an Unfaced. I'm trying to get rid of all my wounds but i can't figure out how to heal those wounds with leeches. HELP!

Pretty sure that leeches only heal the unfaced, they convert it to leech burn, which then heals slowly.
I had a retardedly huge signature and have gotten this embarrassing replacement to show for it.

Wear them until they're bloated. Keep doing it until all applicable wounds are leech burns.
Come back two hours earlier.

Nothing, you just equip the leeches like old haven and wait - they'll suck your shp away and have a chance? of converting it to leech brun, which in turn heals slowly, while in the "healing" state.

Attach leeches to equipment slots (go to swamp to let them do it themselves) and wait for them to bloat, which takes some minutes. Watch your SHP.

It can take multiple tries. Pull the leeches off and put them away to digest their feast and then try again with the now refreshed, higher quality leeches.

Pretty sure it converted blunt traumas to leech burns for me, altough at a much slower pace.
