Milestones and Palisade Gates

Was curious if anyone had tested it or know, but I am aware how milestones cant teleport when there are obstacles in the way but would a palisade gate be considered an obstacle, or at least an open palisade gate at that?

Or a closed palisade gate to which you have the key?
