How much wood goes in a Tar Kiln?

Postby Grimfate » Fri Oct 02, 2015 2:43 am

Question is the same as the title, i've shoved in 50+ wooden blocks, and is there any max amount of how much tar the kiln can hold so that i know when to empty so it doesnt 'overflow'?

Edit: i've added well over 70+ blocks now... it just keeps eating them like its rice crispies D:

It can hold 80 wood blocks, which will produce 160 coal. The amount of tar depends on the type of wood blocks used with pine seemingly being the best for tar output. There doesn't appear to be an upwards limit but if there is, it's greater than what 80 pine blocks will produce, so just clear it out between uses and you should be fine.
