How to remove this biome? I cant build on it, cant pave or plant grass here.

It's "mountain". You can't do anything with it for now. It is there for future implementation.

There's a couple of other locations like this--sand and clay field come to mind (though not sure if you can or can't build on clay).

and there's another kind of mountain biome. Found yesterday wandering a really huge mountain duo-biome, high as everest, with lots and lots of caves! (walked on it for almost 2 hours straight before finding its end, and it extended for the sides, and there were no signs of life anywhere!)
