Destroying a Claim?

Should I Build a Sledgehammer or do I really need a Ram to bash a Claim ?
and if I really do need a Ram... can I enter a cave with it ?
I have work to do in and outside of a cave and I don't want to build 2 rams for some shitty claims.

You could always wait out the 60 days for presence to run out, but that would assume the player isn't active or doesn't have the bond in his study keeping the claim filled.

I'm in the same situation and it sucks that due to some trolls I have the inside of a cave claimed randomly.
Anyway I just trespass the area and wait until they will dissapear - see last patch.
I hope it won't last 3 month ...
