particular client?

which client lets you zoom the screen out REALLY far to the point it shows black on the borders?

If you type

:cam bad

you can zoom out really far in any client. Amber client has a hotkey, shift C to do this. I don't know if other clients have hotkeys.

well it just zooms in right on my character. i cant make it move back

I keep forgetting this after all the fuss loftar made about putting it in the Salem client in the first place. :P

You might have to use the middle mouse button, to rotate the camera above you're character. then you can see more. Mousewheel zooms in and out. The arrow keys don't affect this camera.

BTW

:cam ortho

goes back to the original camera.
