Ok for traveler sacks to work properly, in terms of packing space, you need the quality to be above 20, but...

- does one of the 3 qualities just needs to be above that lvl for it to be enough?
- is it some kind of average of all 3 qualities?
- or maybe do all quality types need to be above 20 with no exceptions?
