How do I learn how to create a Village Banner, I think I have the correct permission to be able to place one but I do not have the recipe, I have also discovered all of the banners materials :?

also cant seem to find the carn stone recipe

i literally have everything discovered but still cannot construct them because the recipes are missing

manage territory rights is all that's required for a field cairn, statue or banner. you don't even need discoveries. are you sure the rights are set properly?
