New trees appeared from nowhere

I'm doing silkfarming and have been taking leaves off all mulberry trees nearby
and today a pair of wild mulberry trees appeared where i'm sure there was none
is this really happening

Well. I thought there was only one olive tree on my little patch of [olive tree terrain]. But last time I wandered that way there were two.

But maybe I just didn't see the other one at first, I haven't been there for long.
