I got basic mechanics, so how do i discover the sausage maker? Yes i have sausage making, but i can't build it yet.

Because nobody ever used it because it was useless and poorer quality than you could get with just using iron or steel. Let's not forget to mention the metal one would make all the sausages, the ceramic one only had a partial list you could make with it.
