Can you repair damaged armour?

You cannot repair it. Make spares and try to take as little damage as possible. Armor should be your last line of defense, not your first.

I've been having a lot of trouble learning the combat controls. I've read the posts about it several times and it just wasn't sinking in. So I made armour so I could experiment. But nothing metal or anything that I can't afford. I succeeded in combat for the first time, so yay
