Cheese production speed

I will post it here before i`ll move to Bugs section.

So, my curding tub produced 1 curd in 2.5 days. It have milk and rennet inside, so i want to ask - is this intentional or am i into some bug?
In legacy i remember getting curd at much much faster pace.

are you using tamed cow milk?

I have tried cow milk. Isn't bad!

Yes, it is tamed cow milk. There is moar than 30L in tube and, well, no curd.
