Declaim refund?

did jorb ever add the declaim option to keep the lp for the character who made the claim when he/she declaims? i read him saying in september that he was considering it(with DR) but wasn't sure.

a friend told me he declaimed, and was able to remake the same size claim in a different spot. that he wasnt actually refunded, but when he made his next claim, it was negative at first, and he was able to refil it without it using any of his lp's.
if anyone has info on this i would love to know as we want to move further away from the raiding groups near us.

At this point, no. If he's still considering it, he hasn't made mention of it.

As of the October 06 update, claims always have a negative presence, meaning you need to fill them manually or protect them until they start filling from studying/discovery. Claims after the first cost 4000 LP (unsure if this is after the first claim ever or means more than one existing claim).

this was used last world as an lp bank,

you would build a fighter then store lp in a claim, once fighter died you would the the lp to up skills again and rebuy skills

it was broken
