Yes, the damage you take is actually very minor, lets say you decide to snoop around houses and look in 50 different cupboards, you'd probably start healing the damage from the first cupboards before you even get half way through

shp heals super fast, especially when you can just eat the food in the place you're looting lol

I think its 1 shp for trespass, 3 for theft, wasnt paying too much attention though
