Rotating the Map

I've heard middle mouse button rotates the camera view however my middle mouse button doesn't click so I can't press MMB. Is there any way of rebinding this key?

Check in your mouse driver utility. Some drivers can set an alternate key (like both LMB and RMB). You may need to get a key mapping tool and you can set it to a keyboard shortcut.

If nothing else, the arrow keys rotate and zoom the camera.
