Questions about fighting a boar

How much AC do you need to overcome Tusk Romp without damaging the armor?
Also what kind of attacks does he use?

You need enough deflection to prevent it if you don't want it to damage your armor, so however much you're getting hit for. Enough pieces of armor can deflect it if you can't get a single piece with enough.

I've only ever seen a boar use striking and backhanded attacks (it's possible the "backhanded" is striking/backhanded hybrid) though I'm not sure what category tusk romp is, if any
It's also possible that they may have an IP attack that they never live long enough to use
I don't know the deflection necessary to eat tusk romps safely, but you can avoid them entirely by using backhanded or sweeping attacks as only striking and oppressive attacks trigger it
