Winged Helmet

Hey guys, noob question here. How exactly do you unlock the winged helmet?
Also, what stat boosts does it give around Q10?

Copper, wrought, feathers. It's better than the steel helm for defense, but has significantly less wear so it's more fragile.

q10 winged helm gives 10/6 armor class, and a few points of agility (1 or 2)
