Cheese rack quality shouldn't matter. Tray should.

Does not seem to be the case. I've put q26 curds on the same rack in two different trays, q54 and q43. Both turned into q26 cheese.

Don't know if it's a bug, but high q cheese trays are then worthless.

The trays softcap, iirc from when I made cheese.
