JNLP file?

I want to redownload this game so I can play it and I haven't played in a few years. What do I do with this JNLP file? Is there another topic explaining what to do?

double click it, press run on the java pop up screen.

otherwise choose open with Java Web Start Launcher - needs Java to be enabled in browser via Java Control Panel -> Security Tab-> checkbox at top (deactivated in browser is ok)
