Kilns

Tried putting boards, branches and blocks in a regular clay kiln to no avail. How do you get charcoal now?

Also can't figure out how to use this Tar Kiln I just made, can't put anything in it and can't right-click to open it.

you can only make charcoal in the tar kiln, you fuel it with wood blocks. left click a wood block in your inventory, right click it on the tar kiln. usual shift + right click mechanic applies.

Use pine for maximum tar output.
