OutlawDebuff + Swapping Characters

Out of curiousity, is there a way I can swap from a Outlaw debuffed character to a character on the same account without having to close the client every single time? Its getting a bit tedious, hope there is an actual way to do it rather then the way im doing it.

would be useful, yeah. you shouldn't have to use console commands either tbh.
