Can freshly build brickwall be torn down by sprucecap char?

If no then how much of str/pickaxe quality would someone need?

Loftar said the soak increases gradually.
A brickwall has 70 soak.

If it needs three days to set, or 72h, then the soak probably goes up by 1/hour.
So the strength and tool quality varies according to the wall's age.

yes, for 24h after building.
