Grape Growth Time

What is the growth time here? Mine are literally taking a week or more, same as my hops and peppercorn. The peas finished after a day or two

Mine were fully grown after ~two weeks. After you harvest them for the first time they'll regrow grapes every 2-3 days, similar to hops.

EDIT: So after they are fully grown if you want to increase the quality you have to tear them down and replant? Another two weeks of a wait?

yes, best way to do this is have a couple sections where grapes go. plant in the first section, let it grow over the 2 weeks or so (think its actually longer than 2 weeks tbh) then eat/use/whatnot them, and use seeds gained to grow 2nd area. while its growing use grapes from 1st area, when 2nd area is grown, rinse repeat to 3rd area, or cutdown in 1st are and replant there. atleast thats how im doing it, so that i always have grapes!

yep, and trees are just as bad. or worse! I cant seem to tell what tehir Q will be until they are fully grown. which takes forever also.

Is there a way to remove them from your trellis or do you have to destroy it to remove the vines?

You can actually inspect trees, but not trellis plants
And you can destroy the plant directly without hurting the trellis, just click on the plant

It'll show you a digging animation instead of the standard chopping when destroying plant.
