is it random chance to get a couple of pieces ?or are you going to get always 1 midnight blue cheese from filled cheese tray with 4 curds ?Because after waiting tons of time to make midnight cheese and getting 1 piece ,i understand it's wasting

because it doesnt get any logic when you see fucking big cheese tray filled filled with 4 curds and after tons of time getting like 1/4 of this cheese tray .I thought full cheese tray should gives 4 pieces of cheese.

1 piece of 75 STR FEP vs 3 pieces of 15 STR with the old base values. If they're still in proportion, it's worth it. Even if they're of equal proportion (1 for 45, 3 of 15 ea for 45), the single big gain is worth more in the long haul because you get less satiation, less hunger filled, and is a good candidate to add the pepper to for a bigger FEP boost.

You boil, dry, and grind it at a quern first? Not sure if the mill is in yet or not.
