replanted bushes

Hello all, I have dug up and replanted some tea bushes on my claim, approx 2 weeks ago.

I harvested them fully the first day, 13 days ago, and ever since they only allow the chop option, will they ever grow the leaves or seedpods back?

They will produce again, given enough time. Its a random decay tick that does it. So it might be a while.

Players have been badgering the devs that the decay system being used for regrowth of products isn't realistically useful for a while now. That's not bad luck, that's just the system making respawns of bush items incredibly rare (more so in low player density areas).

Basically just ignore item regen, might as well not exist.

much faster to grow a new tree/bush, than to wait for them to regen

still waiting on my mulberry leaves to grow back, it's been 2 weeks or more now.

it's weird because before i planted trees and was getting my leaves from wild trees around my claim, i was getting a steady number of leaves everyday. it felt like they were growing back daily.

the ones i planted never grew back any leaves after they were fully grown.

I just assume that whatever system currently in place doesn't feasibly give any advantages to just planting new trees. You progress with the Grind and get better quality in the end.
