I've started making cheese but can not seem to take cheese from one rack and place on another rack to make the different types. I put curd in cheese trays and placed on rack in cellar for cellar cheddar but when it was ready and I went to place on a rack outside for bbc it would not let me place on outside rack. Any one have any ideas on how I might do this? I have all the skills. I even tried to move a full rack, no luck

how were you attempting to place it on the rack?

You need to manually remove the trays, and place them in a different cheese rack outside (well you could drag the original rack with you if you wanted, that wouldn't be worth the effort though). You can't pick up a cheese rack with trays in it.

I opened up window to rack and tried to right click cheese in and also tried to left click I've tried every thing I can think to try

Did you remove the tray entirely? Or did you cut the tray and get cheese in your inventory? Cutting the tray produces the food item, but if you want different types of cheese you need to keep the tray intact and move it to the next stage.

I know u can't pick racks up with cheese on it but I was trying everything I could think of

I did everything like I did in legency and I made tons of cheese then
nothing seems to work now.
