Play time Refilling Day?

what's the day in week that Server going to refill weekly play time's hour?
I find everywhere in forum and mainpage, it doesn't write about refill(or Reset) day in the game for free player

Yeah, I should have probably said that. 2 hours of sitting in traffic in London may have possibly put me into a bad mood :x

Though I thought it got stuck in the account FAQ stickied in the forum here?
