Where to get new combat skills and maneuvers? Do you have to buy a certain skill like in the past worlds or do you get them by leveling the Combat Stats?

In combat with animals you can discover new maneuvers, attacks etc :P
w5 Hermit>Road Ville>Horde>RQ
w6 The Sparta
